Super Straw, Blå Station
In 2010 we designed STRAW as a stackable chair constructed entirely of steel. What makes STRAW unique is how the tubular steel is deformed deliberately. Folds and kinks are the most immediate way to reshape tubular steel. The stark contrast to the otherwise round shape of the pipes creates an authentic character that looks handcrafted.
SUPER STRAW is an extension of the Straw family with a seat and back cushion and is therefore perfectly suitable for indoors.
